Beach side Kastos - Lefkada landmark

This 9.952 m2 landmark is located on the beautifull island of Kastos (Lefkada). The island is almost 8.000 km2 and that makes it a small private paradise. It is surrounded by the islands Kalamos, Meganisi, Skorpios (former Onasis private island and now Rybolovlev's property since 2012), Ithaka. The island consists of many sand beaches and the water is crystal clear. The island is visited by almost 3.000 yachts every summer period and is characterised as a restfull paradise for the owners. The landmark has access to a private beach. On this land can be constructed a private villa of 240 m2 or 2.000 m2 hotel.
